Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns for change of mind within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your STNCE mat must remain unopened in its original sealed packaging. Once the protective packaging has been opened, the mat is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.
We recommend checking the product dimensions carefully before purchasing to ensure the right fit for your space.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@stnceco.com with your order number within 10 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to return your item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as STNCE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your mat arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact hello@stnceco.com within 10 days of delivery. We'll assess the issue and, where appropriate, repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
