Who are STNCE mats designed for?
STNCE is made by a working hairdresser - for working hairdressers, barbers and beauty professionals. Who spend long days on their feet.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide and New Zealand.
If you are joining us from overseas, please join the waitlist to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
How long does shipping take?
QLD, NSW & VIC: 1–4 business days
NT, SA, WA & TAS: 5–10 business days
New Zealand: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Does it stain with colour?
STNCE mats feature a colour resistant, easy-wipe surface designed for salon use. We recommend wiping away any colour spills promptly before they develop.
How do I clean it?
Simply wipe with warm water and mild detergent.
Can stools be used on the mat?
Stools can be placed on the mat, however movement will feel different to a hard floor, this is part of the support.
What if there’s an issue with my mat?
If your mat arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 10 days and we'll do our best to make it right.

Yes, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your STNCE mat must remain unopened in its original sealed packaging. Once the protective packaging has been opened, the mat is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking measurements carefully before purchasing to ensure the right fit for your space.
