Returns

We want you to love your STNCE mat.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Mats must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend measuring your space before ordering to ensure the mat suits your chair and workstation layout.

If your mat arrives faulty or damaged, we'll make it right at our expense. Please contact hello@stnceco.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
